Abstract:
This presentation
will describe how the combination of real space atomic force microscopy
visualization with reciprocal space GISAXS/GIWAXS data provided us in
recent years with important insights into a variety of "soft"
nanostructures with interesting electronic properties. Discussed
examples will include ultra-thin films of well-defined block copolymers
with various degrees of long-range order, semiconducting (co)polymers
and nanostructured carbons.
